How do you cope with being a wife, a mother, a pastor and also a career woman?

Wow. The first answer that comes to mind is grace.

Secondly, I’m blessed to have a husband, family, and friends that understand and are always willing to help.

Another thing is the willingness to prioritize. Knowing what is most important per time and committing to that. God comes first. Then being a wife, and a mother. After that, ministry, then work. There are seasons where one aspect may require more pressing attention that the other. But generally, that’s the order.

I don’t always get the balance perfectly, but I trust God’s grace, embrace help from my family, work hard and do my best.
